New Uzbekistan University was established on 23rd July 2021 under the Agency for the development of Presidential, Creative and Specialized schools under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan
The main goal of New University Uzbekistan (NUU) is to provide world-class education, taking into account the development prospects of the country, to train internationally competitive, highly qualified personnel capable of ensuring the progressive development of society
The official language of NUU is English – all core subjects are to be held in English
NUU works in collaboration with internationally reputable Universities – the course and syllabus of the School of Engineering is to be designed in partnership with the Technical University of Munich, which is ranked 41st place in the world ranking by Times Higher Education
To contribute to the development and management of the Academic Administration policy, systems and procedures of the university.
To be responsible for an area of work as designated by the Head of Department
To be assist in the processing of Applications for Admission, the Admission and Enrolment of new Students, the registration and establishment of the Student Record
To administer the systems of admission and enrolment and to ensure that they are accurate and complete within a customer focused manner
To liaise as required with partner universities in the processing and procedures of admission and enrolment of all university students.
To collect all relevant data on admissions and to assist in the production of reports as required for analysis
To assist in the process of enquiry as appropriate with the Marketing office
To assist in the monitoring of the application and admission process for Quality Assurance and Enhancement and for management purposes
To liaise with the Dean of the Faculty and colleagues in the administration of the admission process and systems.
To undertake personal and professional development appropriate to the post.
To undertake other duties at a similar level of responsibility and challenge as and when required in consultation with the Head of Department
Qualifications
Candidates are expected to hold a first degree or equivalent.
Candidates should be having a good understanding of English to be able to communicate with colleagues in the partner universities and understand written regulations in English
Experience
Evidence of work experience in administrative positions
Evidence of team working and contribution as a team member
