  • New Uzbekistan University was established on 23rd July 2021 under the Agency for the development of Presidential, Creative and Specialized schools under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan
  • The main goal of New University Uzbekistan (NUU) is to provide world-class education, taking into account the development prospects of the country, to train internationally competitive, highly qualified personnel capable of ensuring the progressive development of society
  • The official language of NUU is English – all core subjects are to be held in English
  • NUU works in collaboration with internationally reputable Universities – the course and syllabus of the School of Engineering is to be designed in partnership with the Technical University of Munich, which is ranked 41st place in the world ranking by Times Higher Education

  • Be responsible for public relations, communications with external agencies and coordinate public relations.
  • Manage and assist the website, ensuring that it is marketing-oriented and reflects the university's promotion and recruitment requirements.
  • Implement and coordinate the university's strategy in social networks, as well as represent the interests of the university on social websites.
  • To coordinate and develop relevant information for publication in a number of media outlets, provide press releases to media representatives.
  • Develop university literature for publication in the form of articles, news and relevant information.
  • To help develop internal communication processes of universities, so that all colleagues are aware of the success of the university and help promote such success in their communities.
  • Manage relations with the media, ensuring that the best interests of the university are represented.
  • Perform other duties as necessary in consultation with the marketing manager
  • Formulating high-quality novel written content for each social media campaign.
  • Managing university’s online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
  • Responding to comments on each account.

Qualifications

  • First degree in the area of Marketing or a degree which contains a substantial element of marketing or related social science areas;
  • Be competent in Uzbek, Russian and English;

Experience

  • Evidence of Exposure to marketing practice, preferably in education or an industry that is related to professional practice;
  • Evidence working within teams;
  • Social media marketing experience.
  • Experience developing social media strategies.
  • Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
  • Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform
